SUMMARY: --- The Senior Software Developer will be part of a team writing REST-services and HTML5-based web applications that support the business operations of Hachette Book Group and our business partners. We are seeking a full-stack developer comfortable coding in Python and Javascript. In addition, this position will be responsible for providing support for existing legacy applications, trouble-shooting defects and providing fixes. The developer will collaborate with the systems architect to analyze business requirements, generate high-level system requirements, write application code, provide technical oversight and leadership for assigned systems development projects at Hachette Book Group.
