Senior Python/Django Developer at Coefficient Systems Ltd

We are looking for a freelance (part-time flexible contract) Python/Django Developer to take on the role of lead developer with one of our clients in the financial services industry. The project aims to automate existing Excel-based data transformation and analysis processes with a **Python/Django** pipeline for ETL, machine learning and data storage. Keeping **Excel** as the core end user interface, we leverage **Django REST Framework** to expose an API for ingesting data from Excel as well as returning dynamically created reports to be displayed within the Excel client. As lead developer you will also take on a mentoring role for the internal client team who we have been upskilling in **Python**, **pandas** and **Django** in order to contribute their own specialist domain knowledge for process automation.
