**VACATURE: SOFTWARE ENGINEER (PYTHON)** MobPro (Mobile Professionals) is looking for an experienced software engineer to join the development efforts of our real-time bidding platform. We have an automated platform which, based on our clients’ needs, automatically bids on more than 20.000 bids per second. Our goal: to show relevant advertising to the right consumers’ smartphones. **WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?**<br> Our platform, made up of over 100 servers in 2 continents, deals with more than 20.000 bids per second. Not only do we have to deal with such high traffic, we also need to manage the high volumes of data which accompanies this traffic. Web servers behind load balancers and floating IP’s, coordinating tasks using Zookeeper and a Kafka pipeline - all in order to keep our bidding process and data processing scalable and redundant. **Functieomschrijving** In deze functie ben je samen met een mede door jou samen te stellen team verantwoordelijk voor de technische ontwikkeling van het eHealth platform van Therapieland. Het platform van Therapieland is gebouwd in Python met het Django framework. Het is gekoppeld met diverse externe systemen zoals bijvoorbeeld een Elektronisch Patiënten Dossier. Daarnaast wordt er getest door middel van Unit Tests en Selenium en het versiebeheer vindt plaats in Git. Jouw belangrijkste doel is om het platform verder uit te bouwen. Dit bereik je door een continue focus te hebben op de behoeften van de psychologen en deze te vertalen naar aanpassingen en veranderingen in het platform.
