Django Developer (Remote Only) at 3atmospheres

3atmospheres, LLC is a web development firm based in NYC that works with a variety of clients ranging from fortune 500 companies, boutique creative agencies, and small startups. We're looking for a part-time/contract Django developer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage website maintenance and development
• Work with client team members and designers to architect and develop web application features

Requirements:

• 4 years minimum required web development experience
• Strong working knowledge of Django and Python
• Familiarity with jQuery and/or other JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, including EC2 and S3
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Experience with NoSQL a plus
• Strong working *nix knowledge (we use Ubuntu)
• Experience working with ecommerce and popular social networking APIs a plus
