As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at ParlayPlay, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of the company's future vision. Your role will be critical in ensuring that ParlayPlay's products continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in software development, combined with your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, will enable you to bring new and innovative ideas to life. Senior Full Stack - Django + React

What You’ll Be Working On

• Deliver high quality solutions and features with speed and end-to-end ownership of your projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to further the platform and vision.
• Implement best practices for automated testing, coding guidelines, and CI/CD.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.

Skills / Experience

• 8+ years Python experience, preferably in Django or similar web frameworks.
• 4+ years Experience working with React and Javascript, proficiency in Typescript preferred.
• Experience writing testable, highly available web applications/services.
• Proficient with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working on complex problems in a fast paced early stage environment.

Additional Skills / Nice to have

• Understanding of security concerns when building Web APIs.
• Understanding of containerized applications.
• Familiarity with AWS, specifically ECS.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
