Social IQ is looking for an experienced Software Developer to work as a Contractor on our Python/Django solution. This position will touch all aspects of our solution from backend database storage to user experience and all things between. Technologies we use include Python, Django, CentOS, MySQL, Apache, jQuery, and others.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience. It is essential that you have good communication skills, must be passionate about web development and cutting edge technologies, have the ability to learn things quickly and have strong skills in Python, Django, HTML and CSS. Knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Git and Javascript is desirable. Additionally, experience in Ruby-on-Rails would be an advantage.
